Reached out 3 times before they responded. I requested the tracking number after the shipment was days late. They refused to supply a tracking number and just said the package was lost. I requested the tracking number again. My request was completly ignored. I dont believe they ever shipped my order.

I’ve been trying to contact super casuals about my online order and no one is replying to me it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t received my order I contacted ups they said to contact super casuals but no one is replying to my emails about my order I’m very disappointed in this company… I only ordered because they had good reviews… but I guess it’s all lies!!!!

Cheapest shipping was literally three days to mid missouri. Got a brand new L-Tall Carhartt for 80 bucks shipped. If these are factory seconds, I wouldn't know. There's not a stitch out of place. Hard to find deals like this nowadays. Literally the same price I paid for a similar jacket 10 to 15 years ago, amazing if you ask me!

This is a great store with great customer service and great prices I accidentally found them online , I'm not gonna go shopping anywhere else. I bought one pair of boots from them it was almost half price so I ordered Another one as soon as the 1st 1 arrived and I was so pleased it's nice to find a decent store once in a while!

The owner Steve Fragnoli is a fraud. I will never purchase anything from this website. Ordered 2 Carhartt(XL-Reg fit) hoodie per the website description and they sent me 2(XL LOOSE FIT).
Called to tell them about my issue with the wrong order that was delivered but they don't answer phone calls anymore; emails only. Steve Fragnoli replied " Carhartt changed their sizes from REGULAR FIT to LOOSE FIT". I told him that the correct size guide should be disclosed on his website but he didn't care.
So I paid to have them ship back & he kept both of my hard earn shipping payments. Never again will I do business with them. Thanks for keeping my money Steve especially during a time like this.
