Najla in printing was so very helpful over the past 2 days. She juggled my huge order (over $300 in copies) while gracefully helping other costumes with a smile and considerate comments. You all are very lucky to have her.

I had a package to return to Amazon. This store has a sign outside that says “UPS SHIPS 7 DAYS A WEEK” then the lady at the counter says she can’t help me and I have to go to the actual ups store. Waste of time.

I had a most unpleasant experience at Staples this evening. I felt rushed out of the store as they were closing at 7 pm. As a full time working Mom who runs her kids around after work the hours at Staples are not conducive. I was very surprised that they are only open 9 am - 7 pm. As a professional I have used this Staples location, but I will choose to look to other stores and locations for services in the future. The experience was such a turn off, I will not choose to return and will inform others of this unwelcoming service. If I wasn't needing what I was there to get for my daughter's school project I would have walked out. I prefer not to shop at Walmart, but situations such as this will force customers to do this.

Well, I can certainly see why this place got such bad reviews. ignorant employees who exacerbate the situation by being rude and unhelpful. even by low bar of other Staples locations, this one is awful.

I have shopped here plenty and never had a problem. Till today. Won’t be back. Customer service was terrible and the shift manager was rude and condescending.

Cashier forgot to ring out some of our products and it was a giant hassle trying to do the right thing and pay for the products. Took over an hour of multiple calls to finally get it corrected. No apology no nothing. Will not be doing business with this location.

Absolutely ridiculous. Needed business cards printed for an event and was told to drop them off at store open (9AM) and it would be a couple hours to complete the order. Stopped back after work at 6pm and they hadn't even printed anything. Was asked to stop back before close (8pm) still here at 815 and still waiting while they print them off. This isn't a particularly busy location so I don't understand what the issue was. Will definitely be going elsewhere from now on.
