The Linden Social Club
12 Linden St, GenevaLinden Social has become one of my favorite spots in town. Drinks: all good, Atmosphere: 10/10, Outdoor seating: usually available as long as its not crazy busy, they also spruce it up a bit. Relaxing on Linden when the street is closed down as the sun sets is a great way to end the day.
thats just the bar. I find the food to always hit the right spot and the menu cycle to be unique but short enough to avoid decision fatigue. The last 3 visits we've walked in 6-8pm and gotten a table right away.
Same goes for brunch. Great spot to relax and enjoy a good meal that doesn't pretend to be fine dining like some other spots, but is still above diner/quick bite quality. Not to mention the prices are not bad at all.
They occasionally have a good vegetarian option too, and have worked with us before if there wasn't a vegetarian option listed.

WeBe Brewing Company
796 Pre Emption Rd, GenevaWe came to WeBe for the first time today. The server at the bar was kind and the beer was good! Definitely above average. I enjoyed the Grammy's Candies- very flavorful. They had some food options to snack on but we didn't get anything!

Kindred Fare
512 Hamilton St, GenevaWent last night with my wife to celebrate our 18th anniversary. I must've mentioned that when I made the reservation because both the hostess and our waiter greeted us with a "Happy Anniversary!" I knew then, we were in good hands. The vibe of the place is really great. The volume of the room is as expected and certainly not loud to the point of affecting conversation. The look into the kitchen from the dining room floor is fun. The food: 1) We got the poutine for an app. Even the smaller size is substantial. The flavor of the gravy has depth and the fries are really well seasoned. I asked for some ketchup simply because I knew it was house made and I wanted to try it. It's a touch sweeter than bottled ketchup but has enough vinegar in it to make that work. This was a satisfying app! 2) The fennel sausage pasta. This dish was amazing. The cook on the house made pasta was perfect and the noodle itself was just the right amount of rustic. The sauce was tasty and complimented the sausage perfectly. The chickpeas in there was a pleasant surprise. And can't go wrong with the burrata on top either. Let me add: You MUST get the focaccia with this dish. Best I've had. And the house made butter is spot on. 3) The fried chicken. Nice crisp fry. Generous portion of chicken- four pieces. The sauce on it was tasty but not evenly distributed. Some pieces had a lot and some had none. Not sure if that's intentional. The coleslaw and pickles were so good and necessary for this dish. I wanted more. I actually would have been happy with three pieces of chicken and more coleslaw. 4) Brussel sprouts side. I loved this but my wife doesn't like mushrooms. So be advised. Nice level of sweetness and vinegar in there. 5) Chocolate coconut tart - very intense dark chocolate flavor. Mostly tasted the coconut in the crust. The raspberry sauce was bright. This was good, not exceptional. 6) Special dessert: Ricotta panna cotta. THIS was special. I would say make it a regular dessert. Texture and flavor so good. Crunchy pistachios (I think) on top was great. There was like a brown butter or caramel/chocolate sauce under it that was very good. The service (Lewis) was excellent. The parking lot makes it an easy place to access. I've already recommended this spot to my Syracuse and Rochester friends. Can't wait to go back!

Lacey Magruder Vineyard & Winery
462 Armstrong Rd, GenevaStopped in on a rainy day... as such wasn't super busy. Building has plenty or room and the decor is very cool. Has an Irish feel with a fairy tale twist. Greeted by heavy wooden doors and Irish music.
The staff was helpful and we were waited upon immediately. In general, I liked all the wines I tried - ended up taking home bottle of Cabernet Franc.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend as a must stop on your finger lakes wine tour!

Lake Drum Brewing
16 E Castle St, GenevaYup! Go here! Delicious and unique sours and beer! Live music, records, games. I fell in love with the Lady Lavender. Feels inclusive and has a great laid-back vibe as well as a patio area if you like drinking outdoors. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely be back!

Brewery Ardennes Taproom & Kitchen
570 Snell Rd, GenevaWonderful German brewery in the Fingerlakes. Large indoor and outdoor space. They have a chef and a large food menu, and they even do brunch on Sundays. We went on a Sunday for brunch. We wanted to try so many things. We both ordered a different beer flight. Both flights were good. We tried the Belgium fries, these were good and overall nice to have we drink beer. Although we have tried the Belgium fries in Belgium before and these didn't taste exactly like that, but they were good nonetheless. There were several different dipping sauces to choose from. We also tried the deviled eggs and a breakfast pizza. Overall, food was good. Service was good. Overall a pretty brewery in a nice looking building with cute outdoor spaces decorated with beer hops. They are dog friendly. They seem to have several different events throughout the year, including beer, pairing dinners, which would be something we would look forward to going back for

Ventosa Vineyards
3440 NY-96A, GenevaI came here for a wine tasting for my friends bachelorette- planning was excellent with Jamie and I genuinely think about the garlic pizza once a week. It is seriously the best pizza i've ever had and i'm so upset I live 8 hours away. I need to come back for the pizza alone, the wine was also wonderful and the man who did our tasting was so awesome as well. 10/10!
