My husband needed an 11mm hex socket to replace the brakes on my Durango. Napa was the only store that had it. When I arrived the staff had a hard time finding it as it was misplaced. They worked all hands on deck until they found it for me. Anywhere else I’ve shopped would have just said they couldn’t find it.

I entered the store and walked to the counter to order brake pads and 4 guys behind the counter continued their conversation and no one acknowledged my presence. I got the feeling that they really don't care that I chose to do business there. After waiting I realized only one guy could help me and he took or resumed a phone call while the other guys continued to ignore me. It felt like my time was not valued. Finally, the helpful man got off the phone and took my order. He took care of me well enough then and checked out several items for me, but one of the other guys asked if I "want a box for that (obscene word)", pointing to my purchased items. VERY RUDE, OFFENSIVE, AND INAPPROPRIATE.
