  My husband needed an 11mm hex socket to replace the brakes on my Durango. Napa was the only store that had it. When I arrived the staff had a hard time finding it as it was misplaced. They worked all hands on deck until they found it for me. Anywhere else I’ve shopped would have just said they couldn’t find it.

  Very helpful staff. Had the part I needed and helped me get back on the road. Couldn't ask for anything more!
