This place I thought was okay, told me they had auto pay!!! I am not one to pay attention to my auto payments as that’s why they are auto payments!!! Well I wasn’t getting phone calls about card issues or missed payments so I figured everything was good until my family and I went on an outing and came back and my car was gone!!! How can you repo a car without giving the customer a heads up their payment was late or there was an issue with the card!! No calls no emails text nothing from them!!! They can climb a tree

What a joke they get you every way they can 1100 for a tow! Bull they will come and take your car then stick you with crazy toe chargers on top of your bill that isn’t even due

Wouldn’t give this place 1 star if I didn’t have to!DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!don’t believe the good reviews on here they prolly just got lucky or who knows maybe the jerk of an owner himself wrote them!I bought a car off his lot a year ago and I was told it had never seen snow! Yeah right!To him I was just a vulnerable young woman who was raising two children on her own. The cari bought had a hard time passing inspection before it even came to me. Then it was one thing after another! Now I’ve had it to multiple shops and can’t even get it inspected! No one can tell me what’s wrong with it after replacing one thing after another and having way to much money in it.Of course you try to tell him or his assistant that calls days on end trying to just get money. When you explain what’s going on THEY DONT CARE…all they care about is the payment or they’re going to come get it..OH DID I MENTION I WAS PROMISED MY FACTORY KEY WITH A FOB WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR. ITS NOW A YEAR LATER AND I STILL HAVEN’T GOTTEN IT! AND THE CAR KEEPS LOCKING ME OUT RESULTING IN ME NEEDING A LOCKSMITH TO COME UNLOCK IT BECAUSE MY SPARE KEY DOESN’T EVEN UNLOCK THE DOOR!!Also when I ask to bring it in to get a key programmed it’s always one excuse after another!What a joke of a place!

Preys on people who don't know what to look for. Asking thousands over what some of these cars are worth based on mileage alone (most are 150k+) avoid this place like the plague.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I don’t even want to leave a star but it makes you!!This is the worst place I ever ever felt with in my life! Aside from the rudeness I found a car put my 4k down he said Thursday soo the day come around they said come Friday ok! They call me to go sign papers for the car but o has to do proof of insurance so I get that sent over he says ok come sign and pick up ! We’ll o get there and it’s a different story he said they were waiting on something with the title and I could get it Monday! That was three weeks ago come to find out they sold me a car with no title after waiting a few more days I went on for a refund which they said they have to do in 3 installments after fighting they put it all on my card and still waiting for it to go threw ! Then the insurance is having issues taking the car off cuz your supposed to turn In Plate but I never even got the car so i never got plates and was told to have him call The insurance lady and he told me it’s my fault they have the issue getting off cuz I put it on there but he said I had to before I could even signs papers!! Please I recommend you go elsewhere!!!!!

I bought a vehicle from this dealership 09/11/2021 not but 6 months ago. This vehicle should have never passed inspection, it won't ever pass! There is a MASSIVE ?️ HOLE In the frame, as well as only a month after purchase the passenger side Tire rod BLEW off!!! I'm currently Over paying for a car not worth it's weight in paper clips. When I called about the tie rod, they informed me it's an as is car. They then offered to selle a warranty only to fix what was broken when they sold it to me!!!!

Do your self a favor and don’t waist your time money. They promise to fix a problem with the car, took it back three times, they kept the car for about a week each time same problem still isn’t fix and now they are saying they aren’t fixing it but when we bought the car they said they would fix it.
