Came to view a car Kyle and M&B had on a Saturday at 230 pm. Kyle took his time to come show me the car and has been nothing but classy. I recommend M&B for your used car purchase.

Be very carefull with this M&B Auto Sales dealership in Geneva, NY! Matt, the owner, stated that, "he would help in anyway with his sold vehicles", "Just come on back", Matt says. Well, I did return with some help I needed with the vehicle and Matt reneged! Also, found out too late that I paid too much for the vehicle. Gets on your good side to receive his money, then turns his back on you. Do not trust this dealership owner!

Asked if the truck for sale was rotted as I would be driving 6 hours to come look at it. Salesman said no and that it was in great shape. Bed is rotted out, evap container about to fall out of the bottom of the truck and the tailgate barely closed because the bed walls were loose. Wasted 12 hours of driving because they were deceitful.

This place is nothing but amazing. I received more customer service from this place than I ever have at any other dealership. I made my first purchase from them about a year ago, before that I always went to the "big" dealers. I dont plan on buying anywhere else from now on. They TRULY stand behind what they sell. Work with you on price and service, and go to the ends of the earth for customer satisfaction. 11/10 dealership.
