I had a not Good service. She destroyed my cuticles Aunt. My nail design was perfect and the shape was perfect but when I got home one of my nails broke off. I can't believe this place they should get acrylics and stroller gel polish like very stronger. I can't believe it! Please make sure that your place is more clean too. Ugh. I don't think I want to come back to this place but my mom says she loves it so I think we are

Disrespectful and dishonest! My young daughter went to get her nails done with a friend for the first time. She asked for a gel, but they ended up doing more than what she had asked and then charged her for it. $80 later! My daughter was so scared to tell us about it because she only wanted the gel for around $40. One staff started working on her nails, then someone else came to finish it. My daughter was confused. Tried to talk to the store and they were dismissive and confrontational. My daughter was embarrassed. Took total advantage. Be careful.

This place was awesome! I called at 3pm and asked for 5 pedicures and 1 manicure for a family girls nails trip at 5pm they said yes without hesitation. We showed up and while some had to wait, our service was great. Massages for all, beautiful color selection, and kind service. My nana lives on Keuka and says it's the best she's had in the area!

I called ahead and made a reservation. I didn’t feel confident about it because they didn’t ask my name. But I did get right in so maybe they did? I specifically in my reservation call asked to have Cho. I would have been flexible on my time if they had said he wasn’t available at my requested time, but they didn’t say that. In fact after I got seated for my pedicure, someone confirmed Cho. But then, he never came and was, in fact, at the beginning of a pedicure at the other end of the salon. I went to the salon based on a recommendation for Cho. In all, I was disappointed, because one toe was injured and bled, my polish needed an additional layer, and the trim and cuticle work were painful.
I would not recommend paying extra for the spa pedicure, unless you actually are able to get Cho.

Walked in for a pedicure and had the WORST service. They did not soak my feet to start. The water was DISGUSTING! The person who did my toes was terrible. Didn't cut my nails down. Cut me while doing my nails & they Charged me 60$ for a 45$ pedicure. No where on the pedicure menu does it say anything about charges for gel or anything (at least not on the description flyer at the chairs). Do NOT recommend!!!

Worse pedi I've ever had. Nails were cut uneven. Cuticles were pushed back somewhat while dry as soon as I sat down. No filing. Home 1 hour and polish chipping. No clipping of cuticles. Had to ask to have ingrown nail removed. Spent more time lotioning legs than on feet. Never will I go back there

I have been using Linda and her team at iNails for over 10 years! Even when I lived in other areas, I would travel to Geneva for my nails because no other gel manicure compares. I recommend everyone I know to iNails because of the high quality service & products, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service. I love that I never have to check to be sure that my nails are correctly shaped, the same length, etc. and can totally zone out during my time there. I would give iNails 100 stars if I could!

If I could leave zero stars... I would. My teens have been begging to get their nails done and being new to the area, we didn't really know where to go.. so we just picked the closest place to us.
My daughters go in, they asked for acrylic full sets. The guy at the front desk grabs their hands to look and says "I'll see what I can do". They both had inspiration pics of designs that were fairly simple in my opinion... and he ended up just giving them both French tips. They didn't want to speak up about it because they're non confrontational teens so they just went with it. The guy didn't even use traditional acrylic. He used something that was already mixed and wet and brushed it on over pre French tips on one of my daughters, and then drew these crooked and uneven tips on my other daughter as pictures. The nails already look like they are lifting... and whatever he put on has rigid sand are not even fully covered. It was 140 for the both of them and honestly they were not worth it. Customer service skills weren't too great either. My daughters tried to conversate with him while he did their nails and they said he just laughed and talked to coworkers. They felt rushed too. The nails look rushed.. never again.

what's not to like?? I had a great gel fill manicure, hot towel on the back of my neck, oil on the cuticles, and an olive oil cream hand massage. I couldn't find a salon in Canandaigua that fit my needs as well as I-Nails. Dolores

I made an appointment yesterday, first time there. Their fills are expensive but I needed them done so I figured I would bite the bullet! Not only were they not friendly the man doing my nails clipped my skin twice and today all my polish is coming off even though I got a gel fill! Never again will I go and I encourage anyone who wants a good experience to also stay away! Overpriced and I need my nails repainted a day later. Very disappointed

This place used to be great I've been coming here on and off for years. But now it's really gone downhill. Last Sunday I had the most painful manicure I've ever had. It started with the guy removing my gel polish, my skin was dry and he used the acrylic nail buffer to remove the polish along with most of my cuticles. I told him he was burning my skin and kept pulling my hand back but he kept going over the same spot. I asked why he wasn't using foil and remover but was ignored. Finally, he stopped and just sprayed alcohol all over my hands which burnt even more, then he started fanning it to dry, I got up and washed my hands. He was so rough and was using the file to practically file my skin One of the women working there came over and asked if I had fake nails on. I told her I had never worn fake nails in my life, and that my nail beds were burning. She just walked away with no further regard to the situation. In addition, they didn't use sanitized tools, when I asked where the sanitized tools were (behind him) he shrugged and rubbed some alcohol on the tools he had out. It was gross. My nailbeds and cuticles hurt so much I declined having him finish cleaning up my nails. For the "hand massage" he roughly pulled and grabbed at my knuckles. It's hardly been a week, my nail beds still hurt, 4 of my nails have broken and the gel polish is chipping already. I wish I had left. I'll be never come back here. Pic is of my nails less than an hour after having them done.

This nail salon is the one to use. They are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and gentle. There are numerous pedicure stations and cleanliness is never an issue.

Worst pedicure ever!! Lasted probably not even 15 minutes. No lotion. No massaging. It's not worth my time or money. Won't be back.
