Roxanne Temple did my taxes last month for year 2022... the "where's my refund" on line states the info I entered does not match theirs. I called the IRS today to be told mine was rejected due to no pin.... I specifically asked Roxanne about did she need the pin? She said "no, not for 2022 but you'll need it for 2023." I paid the $155.00 up front for her to do my simple return that was rejected by IRS. No emails from them informing me of anything... nothing. Since all the local offices are closed, I just called Customer Service for H&R block and after speaking briefly to a gentleman and stated I just want my $155 back, I was hung up on.
I'll never ever use H&R block again.

I go to H&R every year. And every year they take the time to explain everything and try to get you everything back that they can.

My tax specialist Shearae Duell. Was great. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Made me feel very comfortable. I have recommended her to other people. I will be going back to H&R block next year, because of people like Shearae.
