GFS was great. They got me in right away.Did a complete courtesy inspection and found a couple vehicle deficiencies which will be corrected ASAP. They followed up to ensure my vehicle was scheduled at my convenience; and on top of all that will be giving me a 10% discount on services. While vacationing in Finger Lakes area our 2016 BMW X5 failed to start the Friday evening before we would leave 350 miles back home. A little googling identified Geneva Foreign & Sports as nearest qualified shop to address/ had car towed and worked with Dan F., who was very reassuring problem was electrical. Picked up car following Friday, mice had chewed DME wires and the system was shorted out. Their trouble shooting expertise and skilled technicians methodically diagnosed this otherwise obscure and hidden problem. Wires were replaced and car is perfectly operational. The confidence and professionalism of this team is truely impressive, starting with Dan, Ken, and Kupa. The shop is huge and I noticed many very high end European cars being serviced, so it must be “the place” because they are a high volume operation. Many thanks for getting us rolling.
