Debbie has been cutting my hair for over a decade. Setting up appointments is easy, the cut is always exactly how I want it, and she’s easy to talk to. The salon has a sauna too that I love- there are always great priced packages available. Highly recommend!

I recently had a haircut at Details Salon with stylist Debbie. My experience was truly exceptional. Debbie showcased remarkable professionalism and skill in her craft. She was attentive to my preferences, offering advice that suited my style and hair type. The salon's atmosphere was welcoming and impeccably clean, creating a comfortable environment for the duration of my visit. In terms of value, the price was completely justified by the quality of the haircut and the overall service. I highly recommend Details Salon, especially Debbie, to anyone seeking a reliable and high-quality haircut.

Wow, keyboard warrior? Guess that speaks a lot on you and how you deal with criticism. I was honest. This is a place to speak on my experience , and screenshots are a beautiful blessing cause I absolutely responded to your last email. You just chose to ignore it! Your stylist saw photos prior to doing the style yet! She still did nothing close to it when I corresponded with her she said she could fix it got there chose a color and in the process was told she couldn't give me what I wanted but she would do what was easier! Great, nothing close to what I asked for both times!! Reached out to the owner speaking on my experience and was ignored, so I left a review, and you obviously felt attacked for speaking on my experience. Sorry you didn't like what I said. Thanks, Debbie!

And I'll post another review as a follow up. Trying to make me seem like I never spoke up about my hair or didn't care about a medical emergency when it was never mentioned to me is hilarious. Please rewatch your videos AND check your email because I responded at 12:19PM and did not hear anything further. I requested a partial refund because I no longer trust the same person to touch my hair. Instead you offered for the same stylist to touch my hair for a THIRD time or to have you personally fix it and to pay you lol. You say that they are booth renters and you never see their money, but you do? Because you set the booth rent fee. I've worked in a salon for a long time and have a best friend that used to be a booth rent stylist and is now a business owner because he understands customer service. I don't appreciate be spoken to like I don't understand this industry. I do not recommend this place to anyone considering how the business owner responds to criticism.

Great experience meeting Blangieliz who made my hair look vibrant and beautiful. She took the time to listen to my concerns, and gave me exactly the color I was looking for. The atmosphere was friendly, and the salon is clean and pretty!
