I've been in the process of buying a new car with this dealership and have been working with Eric from sales. He is so thorough and professional. He has made this first time car buying process so easy and simple. As a person with horrible anxiety he has made me feel so at ease the entire time!! Way to go Eric thank you for being so helpful!!! People who are in the market for a car this is the place to go!!

We came to the dealer with an urgent repair on our Dodge Ram diesel truck. We were camping & needed the work done before heading home. The service dept.(Dom) was excellent. They assessed our issue right away & ordered the parts, all before the holiday weekend! He scheduled us for Tues but actually got us in earlier, fantastic! Thank you.
At the same time I talked to Eric in sales & he was very engaging & easy to talk with. We test drove the convertible with him in the backseat! & ended up buying the Mustang! That too was an easy transaction. I highly recommend Friendly.

I purchased a ram2500 on 8/31/24. From start to finish this dealership has been outstanding. This has been my best vehicle buying experience to date, My salesman Andrew Brown was great and spent a lot of time going thru different trucks with me and not once during the whole process did I ever feel pressured. The business manager Matt Smith got me a excellent rate on financing and was a pleasure to deal with.The dealer has great reviews for a reason, I drove over a hour because of all the great reviews and inventory they had and it doesn’t stop there,the service dept has outstanding customer service as well. Compared to other Ram dealers this one definitely lives up to their name. “Friendly”. I will definitely be referring Friendly dealerships to my friends and family for all their vehicle needs.

We were on vacation in the Lake Seneca area with our Ram Promaster 3500 motor home. During our trip we started to smell coolant burning. After adding three quarts during our drive up from Florida With another three weeks of our trip to go and a visit with my daughter for her birthday planned we needed to find out where the problem was ( you could smell but not see the problem area.) After a search for a dealership that could handle the size of our Ram Promaster I found Friendly CDJR of Geneva NY. I tried to make an appointment online and the first available would be over a week away and after my daughter’s birthday not good. I called the service department and talked to Mike. I explained my problem with the van and our trip plans and Mike was able to fit us in two days first thing in the morning. We drove up and arrived at 8:00 sharp. Mike had us pull in immediately and started the work. We had our Dog and had no idea how long this would take Mike said bring him in and make yourself comfortable. During our wait we talked to many employees of this dealership and some of the Bosses. Just like the name everyone was
friendly and accommodating. Our Mechanic found the problem and had us up and running and out the door before 11:30. The work was done with no problems or issues to the motorhome. The problem was addressed, fixed and only the problem we came in for. The Friendly CDJR service team was excellent and saved the day and at the same time they made us feel welcomed and comfortable. If you live in the area you are fortunate to have such a gem of a dealership and a service team that will work for you with no BS. Thank you Mike and Mike.

I worked with Michael D'Amico and Mike Uvanni, they were incredible! They were very accommodating of me, my pregnant wife and our toddler and they were even more friendly than the name of the dealership implies! There is a kids play area in the back of the dealership which was a very nice touch I have not seen elsewhere! Other salespeople were offering snacks for our toddler, they helped me get the van we were test driving ready for the car seat and didn't pressure us at all to make a deal. It was a very welcome change from my usual car buying experience. I cannot recommend friendly, Mike Uvanni and all of his staff enough!

This was by far the best experience in purchasing a vehicle I have had. Simple, fast, and they LISTENED to me, Mike Wilkonson worked hard at crunching numbers for my specific scenario, Kyle Paul contacted me with a proposal, and the rest was history, in and out in a jiffy. Thanks to Mike, Kyle, and Matt! Absolutely phenomenal dealer, would recommend every time.

On the drive in from out of town I started having some car troubles - these guys got me in that day and had my brakes fixed by the next morning. To say the dealership is clean is an understatement and the staff was very kind and attentive! If I lived here I’d get my car serviced here everytime.

Scott was very helpful working with me to get the truck I was looking for. I knew what I wanted to test before I got there and he didn't see me toward a bigger or more expensive model. Mike made the finance portion of the purchase work smoothly, too. I will definitely check with Friendly for my next purchase.

Scott Thompson in sales was great to work with. I can easily recommend him to anyone. His communication before I arrived was very responsive, he provided a very thorough description of the used vehicle I was looking at. We agreed on a very fair deal for the vehicle I purchased, and picked it up on the next business day. The vehicle was ready, pristine and I was done all paperwork in an only a few minutes. Friendly CDJR of Geneva was great to work with and Scott was a big part of that positive experience for me.

Exceptional service!! Needed a new battery quickly today for my daughter’s car when she was broke down and they got right there to help and car back to shop and fixed within an hour so she could get to work. Highly recommend!! Never have had a bad experience there!
