Called and tried setting up a tow. The man I spoke with had me text him with information and then I never heard back from the guy. I tried calling and would get hung up on multiple times over the course of a few days and my messages were ignored. I was left needing to find an alternative method to take care of what I needed.

They aren't 24 hours. They don't answer at 7 pm nor 7 am.
