I have always been satisfied with the soft touch wash, but today, it quit half way through the wash and did not rinse. Tried to call the "emergency" number today several times, and the owner does not answer. Mailbox is full. All I wanted to do is report the problem. Very unprofessional - taking customer money for a faulty wash. I needed to wash the soap off, and the bill changer was also out of order. Sad way to do business.

Our vehicle never gets quite clean. Very visible that it skipped a 6 inch section in the middle of the back of our vehicle.

Paid for “softTouch” at 15$… got 4$ in change and it did not run. Called owner(he answered) then was clearing throat and hung up. Went to unit next to it”touch free” nothing here works!!! Save your money and the headache you will develop. 1/100th of a star.

I would come here a lot to wash my truck or car , mostly every week because it is a good wash but I’ve tried a few times to reach out and leave messages explaining how I paid for a car wash and it shut off in middle of wash , not serious but I won’t come here again over it because of the amount of business I did here and not one person could reach out to me . ( I was even gullible enough to try it again for this time it ate my change which it shows on the receipt that I didn’t get my chance , over 20$ for the amount of money I’d spent here !

Took my quarters, so then inserted a 5 to use vacuum. As I began to vacuum the top attachment came off of the hose. I contacted the number online to get a refund. Now it says it’s not a working number. I also messaged the neighboring grill that said they would pass along the message. 6 dollars down the drain as I have heard nothing. I will take my business elsewhere. Not a shortage of car washes in this area.Service: Vacuuming
