“This is the kind of place that you don't *really* want to write a five-star review for because they are already so busy and you don't want to make it harder to get an appointment. However, no one can argue the facts - they do amazing work, are excellent about squeezing you in when necessary, and offer incredibly fair prices. My mother has been using Wheeler automotive for decades now, and now they are my garage as well. Both of us are single women, and we've never felt like we got taken advantage of. You can't beat the service.”

“I have been going to Steve Shannon Auto, formerly Trombley’s, in Geneva for over 30 years. They have consistently gone above and beyond and they make you feel like family. They are honest, hardworking, and trustworthy. I will not take my car or buy my tires from anyone else. Free tire fixes for flats or slow leaks if you purchase your tires from them. I drive a lot. I get slow leaks at least twice a year and they fix them every time, free of charge. They have never once sold me anything I didn’t need, and they have told me to hold off on things I wanted but didn’t need. There is no one like them. I cannot recommend more highly.”

“I can only say that I am from Florida and I wish the Ford Service department here were half as good. My son is going to college in New York we gave him our older Ford Fusion to use while he's up there. Before we left after seeing him at Thanksgiving we had some issues with the airbag warnings and needed to have a few other things done. The service was amazing and they even drove the car back to his college about 1.5 hours round trip. I don't know what people could possibly complain about their serviceDepartment. Extremely professional courteous and communicative.”
