“I will for now on ONLY shop here for my auto needs! The assistant manager is amazing! I have a what I think is a big family with 4 kids so money is tight! We called anither store first who said they could.get the parts for us but would have to wait till Monday to get them in! Napa in geneva was my last hope and frankly wish I would started there!! When I called the guy not only had the parts I needed he offered to at first price match and then without me asking he beat the other places store by a considerable amount! Now I doubt this is an everytime thing but man it was needed right now! I wish I got his name , the invoice paper say employee number 64! Wanta say it was Steve! Either way great experience coming here and they earned a customer with a small gesture like that! Even the young kid working the register took the x4 rotors out to my SUV for me without me asking. You just don't see customer service like this!”
“I can only say that I am from Florida and I wish the Ford Service department here were half as good. My son is going to college in New York we gave him our older Ford Fusion to use while he's up there. Before we left after seeing him at Thanksgiving we had some issues with the airbag warnings and needed to have a few other things done. The service was amazing and they even drove the car back to his college about 1.5 hours round trip. I don't know what people could possibly complain about their service Department. Extremely professional courteous and communicative.”
