We were in town at a rental and needed to pick up food and other essentials for the week. This is a solid grocery store that had everything we needed including some excellent steaks, deli meat, a great selection of cheeses and local peaches. The only thing we didn't find here was a dessert; they had some basic brownies, donuts and cookies, which all looked good but we were looking for something more interesting. Lots of little bakeries all around though so no real issue. All was reasonably priced, including paper products, soda, and local beer, and selections were good! Checkout was fast and easy.

Have always had great service here … except for my last script. The person at the desk got my script. Started to bad it to me and then took it back. I watched him take it to a desk and open the bag. Apparently the bottle had opened. I was disappointed to see him dump the pills onto the desk and then pick up the pills with his fingers (no glove on) and put them back in the bottle. Disappointing!

Tried to use curbside pickup on a flower, I waited 20 minutes (the time wasn't a problem as I understand there are several things for employees to tend to), just for the app to say my order was completed, even though I never received anything from anyone, and I provided all of the information to find my specific car, including the license plate, in case they saw a car that looked similar. Currently just waiting on a refund.

Pharmacist Christa is so knowledgeable and wonderful. She is incredibly kind and well spoken. Consultation with her is so quick and she makes sure you know everything there is to know about your medications! I have never had a bad experience with them. They are so much kinder than the folks at Walgreen's. Thank you again guys…you rock!

People overhype Wegmans to a crazy degree. It's not a bad store but the layout is annoying. The 24/7 wallmart is better located and has a better layout. It is also much bigger.

Four stars for service. Two stars for store layout. Couldn't find stuff! Three stars for product selection Average- 3 stars. This is a typical supermarket. We came to stock up our rental home a couple times. We are visiting for a week. We grabbed three carts and started shopping. It was 830 at night, the deli had closed but the manager was available. I wanted a bag of mussels. The signage was poor so we couldn't figure out what it said. The manager came and decided it said $70!!!! So we skipped the mussels that trip. Come to find out, they were actually $7 so we bought them the next day. Cheese has its own little case for the fancy stuff. I was surprised they did not have shredded Gouda for my quiche, so I found a brick. And where are the pretzel crisps?!!! Those are my favorite dipping chip for hummus. And Stacy's pita chips are only in the small bag in the chip aisle. WTH?! I didn't think they had a big bag, but I found the big bag near the deli the next day. Weird. Whipped cream is also hard to find. It's in its own mini fridge in the walkway between the milk and the other dairy. A customer in a scooter helped me find it. Wegman's brand foods tend to be cheaper than national brands. Their items have turned out to be pretty good. Lays wavy bbq chips are better than Wegmans though. The checkout line is fast and friendly. They opened up a register for us. They even helped us with the loyalty card, which saved me $3 on a $271 order. Geez. Food is expensive. Bathrooms are clean and decorative! Fancy soaps, lights and flowers. I've never seen a grocery store bathroom like it! Parking is extensive. A huge lot. Overall we are enjoying our groceries and we will be back tomorrow.

Good selection of pantry items for a country store as expected from Wegmans. Super convenient for those visiting Conesus Lake. Beware, they lack the complete supply of large prepackaged cold salad options.

Found the very first Wegmans here in the Rochester area. Found it on basic principles that you treat your employees like family, and provide to customers with the highest quality goods, at a fair price, in a friendly atmosphere. Was really impressed by the selection, freshness, and variety of all of the items. Sent them with a fresh cup of coffee and an apple fritter and bought myself some fresh fruit for the week, as well as organic coldpressed juices made right here in the Mount Morris/Rochester area.
