Stopped for a soda and cigarettes and the employee was putting up some sticker/sign and completely ignored me along with another customer. I had to say hey the sign looks good. And she snapped back can I help you, I asked for a pack of cigarettes and she said I'm busy. I had to explain that putting up a sign doesn't pay the bills/her wages. Paying customers do. She then finally stopped messing with the sign and cashed me out along with the people behind me. This was around 8:30-9PM June 2nd, 2024.

So far so good, haven't messed up an order yet here, I will update ratings as I continue to use it. Side not though the franchise changed the way they made their everything bagels, not sure for any other because the only kind I like are everything bagels, and they were absolutely the best, and they completely suck now. Totally no flavor very bland, and I will not be buying them anymore. They changed them towards the end of last year and I've given them til now to fix it and go back to the original style. So I will no longer be buying anything from them because I'm very disappointed. Dunkin get your act together and bring back the old style. Sincerely one sad longtime customer.
