Have really gone down hill. Constant turnover of employees. Don't even dress somewhat professional. Make stuff up and try to justify it. Was told that cash deposits don't show up until the next day and that "all banks are like that." It's constant issues with them. If I didn't have so many things tied to this account I would actually close it and go to a credible bank.

Their lobby is hardly ever open on Saturdays anymore and the lines at the drive thru are sometimes out to the road!!! Their hours during the week dont work for me so sometimes when I try to go on Saturdays I dont even attempt the drive thru as the lines are too long!!! There is usually only 1 staff manning the drive thru who is slow as molasses. I'm looking into switching banks.

Usually I’m not one to leave a review but this one is needed… almost every other day I come to the Geneseo location and I’m telling you every single worker there is completely rude to me and my coworkers. They always cop an attitude,They seem like we are bothering them and you can tell they are annoyed by their tone of voice. Very unprofessional. Do better. Treat others the way you wish to be treated!

Wow! We tried to go for a HELOC since we paid off out house. They still treat it like a mortgage! You have to pay principle and interest on a HELOC. We called three other banks, they don't do this you only pay interest and principle as you can. Very disappointed.

Moved out of state and used the wrong account to pay a bill, which overdrew our account. Community charges $5 per day its overdrawn. So we called to cancel the account to stop the fees so we could get it paid and a lady told us to mail a copy of our license and a letter stating that we wished to close the account, so we did. This morning my husband recieved a call stating they will not close the account until its paid in full. How can you expect someone to come up with that much money when we didnt even noticed we used the wrong account until a letter came in the mail and by then it was over $300? I will never refer anyone to you
