Customer Service sux booty, the employees act like you are bothering them when wanting to place an order. Also was calling for over an hour to place my order beforehand and nobody would answer the phone. I called a total of 14 times.

Needed my reciept. Pump did not give option. Said get in store. I am disabled. So i called and a cashier brought it to me.

This location had the friendliest staff, they’re very welcoming and have great customer service. Awesome food, always fresh and tastes much better than most local fast food restaurants. They also have a great selection of ice cream and tables to sit and enjoy it.

I don't understand how a gas station can have every single pump either eat the receipt or just straight out not print one. Very frustrating. We go at least twice a week and can never get a receipt at the pump.

Why can I never get a receipt at the pumps. We don’t want to go in the store and wait in line to get a receipt, that’s one of the advantages to paying at the pump.

Best ice cream shop I've ever been too potentially! It's hard to put something as a for sure number 1 but it was amazing. Very high quality ice cream with a ton of delicious flavors! My favorite was the holy cow and chocolate covered cookie dough! Both were fantastic. And super cheap too!! Loved it

Oh my goodness, get a made-to-order sandwich! They are HUGE. They make it in front of you, fresh, and the bread is so good! Very friendly and fun staff, too.

Icecream was great! Me and my large family came to get some and we all enjoyed it, however I was walking around the store with my little cousin which I thought was no big deal because he wanted to buy something with his money. One of the workers was STARING me down the entire time I was walking my cousin around. We were walking towards the pizza part and asked if he could help me kind of loudly but I just stated we were looking around. He proceeded to stare me down the entire time I was in the store. I told my 11 year old cousin I wasn’t comfortable being in the store because they think I’m stealing for walking with him. I was just in the store to make my cousin more comfortable but unfortunately had to leave him in there by himself to shop. I’ve literally never had this happen to me anywhere! Very uncomfortable and quite honestly I’m very offended. Either that or the worker had too hard of a crush on me lol, in that case I’m flattered. My puppy enjoyed sharing my icecream with me though.

I’m from Brooklyn and there’s a certain taste you look for in your pizza and these guys have it down pat. They aren’t expensive like the other guys here in Geneseo and the customer service is great. Haven’t had a bad experience yet

I love the milk in glass, as well as the ice cream at this establishment. I also like the location in Geneseo, as well as it's size. The only reason for 4 stars is that I haven't had super amazing customer service every time I go in there.

Manager was very rude when capo machine was not working my daughter poured the little bit of water in what she thought was a drain and got her head taken off foot it. We won’t be back
