“Aldis has become a go to place for me. Selection is limited and some items go out of stock. Remember your quarter for the cart and your shopping bags. Some items are shipped to store in mixed types so like dark and milk chocolate so search the shelf.”

“I've been going to Olindo's since I was a kid and have continued to shop there as an adult. It is a treasure trove of Italian goodies. They carry all sorts of shapes of pasta, and a great selection of meats & cheeses. Going to Olindo's is a must go stop before heading out of town to visit family that has lived in Rochester to stock up on things they can't find where they are, and a destination when they come to visit.”
“Today I had the pleasure of being served by a lovely young lady named Kendall. She was super friendly and had a beautiful beaming smile. Plus she managed to get all of our groceries into a tiny bag!
We had a little banter at the till and she mentioned that she liked the colour of my Hijab (Muslim head covering). I was absolutely flabbergasted that Kendall actually knew what it was called and instantly she made me feel welcome (which is not how I usually feel).
I am actually lost for words but I have the biggest smile on my face.
If management are reading this review then give the girl a pay rise because she is definitely a merit to Tops and deserves it.
Just a note to say Kendall was friendly and welcoming to all the customers not just me. Looking forward to seeing Kendall again.”

“Absolutely love this place. It’s a one stop shop. They have all kinds of snacks and beverages food like eggs, milk, cheese the list goes on and anything you could think of they got it on top of that. It’s a gas station you can’t go wrong. The only thing they need to do is start serving hot food”
“They did a good job on their Mt Read store. Update was needed. What people fail to realize is how inefficient grocery stores are and one of the biggest contributors to releasing gases that are counterproductive towards the environment. Open refrigeration and open freezers continue to be used. The addition of a Starbucks was meh. But your self checkout is in parallel with Wegmans. Tops has turned their produce department a complete 180 as the product there often would be rotten on the shelf. I suggest only getting items from here that are on sale or with a coupon for Wegmans now carries many of the same products and are less (shocking but true)”

“I love Top Friendly Market. They have so many different varieties of items besides just their own brand name. Unlike another locally owned grocery store who seems to push their product. I’m so impressed with inside make over of Mt Read location. It looks great, so much more warm and inviting. Unlike the prior cold and uninvited look it had prior. Now the store has an appeal that makes you want to shop there. The addition of Starbucks as soon as you walk in was brilliant. Also they have the best meat department with butchers on hand and beautiful cuts of meat.”

“I was looking for a particular type of Goya beans. A woman named Jessica O who is a grocery manager, was in the aisle working. She stopped what she was doing and took the time to help me find the right cans of beans. She was very friendly and helpful. I have seen her before and she has always very friendly!”
“Sheila was very polite and patient. I had turned in bottles and for gotten my wallet ? I went and hot 2 bought and realized ? I didn't have my money. Sheila's register was ets asked her if I could put my flowers by her to return yo my car and get my wallet she said yes smiling and moved them over closer by her ? . I went got my money payed Sheila for my flowers ? ? she checked me out with smile And wished me a good rest of day ?. She also offered me a bag to cover my flowers ? it was snowing and windy. She did a terrific job of making sure I was happy and served well. ? she deserves an award for Great customer service ?.”

And, set up nicely.The folks that work there are very nice and helpful.Yes, you have to watch the prices, but the coupons help and so doesthe once a month senior day.You don't get any savings at Wegmans at all. No sales, no coupons.After 40 years of shopping at Wegmans, I only go to Tops and Aldi.Wegman is too rich for my money.Thank you Tops.”
“I just got my insta cart delivery. Ms. Kennedy was fantastic. Her communications skills allowed me to take part. I stopped driving several years ago. At 70.5 I know have issues with balance. None of your people have ever made me take my stairs to collect my bags.
It's a pleasure to meet Kennedy, such a responsible young woman. Not particularly easy in today's world to find a friendly, professional, and responsible person.

“I am pretty much a straight up ALDI shopper.. the staff will know if they have an item again if it’s not there today, comeback later or if it’s a once in while item they will tell you. Prices are much, much easier on our grocery bill so sometimes we can splurge here and there! The ‘Aisle of Shame’ yielded solid deals on items we needed to take back to Rochester!All in if you have ever shopped TJ’s you can spot gourmet products in the aisles at ALDI but I don’t feel like someone is charging me an arm AND a leg like I used to at the family W—man’s stores.. Shopping is much more of a pleasure than a chore at ALDI ?”
