Over the last two years I've had several encounters with Kev's. UHaul rental return, brake job and state inspections. All were great experiences until today. I showed up for a scheduled appointment to have state inspections performed on my truck and trailer only to have them tell me they were too busy to do the inspection. They said they thought I'd be bringing a flat bed trailer and not a camper trailer even though they had done the inspection on the trailer last year. No offer of any remediation, just a "My Mistake" Not even a "sorry we waisted your time and effort." Anyone that understands the effort it takes to hook up a camper and drag it 15 miles one way for an inspection will understand my frustration with Kev's. I won't use their services again.
After reading Kev's response to this review, I've downgraded them to a one star rating. Here's why: When I first arrived at Kev's yesterday for a SCHEDULED appointment, I was told that "he" didn't have time to do the inspection because "he" was installing a lift kit in another vehicle. He could have done the inspection but chose not to. Not the way to treat a customer. Particularly a customer who spent a grand at Kev's on his Jeep's brake job last September. Kev's response that claimed I "ONLY" had come yearly for NYSI is incorrect.

Terrible never will buy a car there old owners were great, new ones have no concern with selling safe vehicles to people with children.

Kevs auto shop is very freindly honest and does excellent work. I only take my cars and truck to him to repair he knows what needs to be fixed and trys to accommodate his customers when possible

Professional auto shop uhaul and vehicle sales. Bought my last van from Kev's Honest fast service with best front end people (family). No nonsense repairs in a great location. A++

I met Kevin recently on a Mexican holiday. I was wearing my Niners jersey and I could tell right away Kevin's had a hard life as he's a lifelong Bills fan ;) We bonded at the sports bar and I can tell you he's an amazing human, great dad, and super honest, both in business and life. Long story short, my phone somehow got moisture in the charging port one day. I saw him at dinner the next night and jokingly said, "Hey, you don't happen to have a wireless charger do you, I can't use my wired one." He said, "I'm a mechanic, I think I've got like 4 with me, I always pack extra stuff!" He let me use it the rest of the trip and, when I went to return it to his room, I found out he'd checked out without ever bothering to hunt me down for it. We're both in service-based businesses and "get it", as we're wired the same way, so I wanted to throw him some good karma here with an unsolicited review for being so awesome and saving my bacon as it was early in my trip when all this happened. I can't honestly say I've ever taken my vehicle here, but I can vouch 100% without a doubt, you will get amazing and honest service if you do! Your charger's in the mail, bud :) PS Love that there's like 50 other 5-star reviews for you, doesn't surprise me in the least.

Repaired truck but the part bought ended up being faulty (not their fault). Replaced it for free and did some extra work for free even though it was not their fault the part was faulty. If you're looking for a mechanic you can trust this is it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have to say I was very impressed by the work they did on my car in such a short time frame and it was affordable for me and I can't enough of the friendly service from start to finish . they kept me very informed of the whole process. I highly recommend them to anyone. I have made them my choice for all my auto needs

We're first time customers. Had a major repair job. Kevin's completed the work the next day by working into the evening. Our car was finished before we expected it and job was well done. Thank you, Kev's Auto.

Just plain excellent. Amy is a sweetheart, and Kev is great at what he does. Took my car in at 8;15 and it was done before noon. And the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this place.

Kev is a very honest and hardworking mechanic, which is very hard to find these days. He knows his stuff, and every time my call was answered the staff were extremely friendly! Definitely recommend Kev's!

Even though I've literally never been here (because they always pick-up my vehicle for me ?) I give this place all of the stars. From the top-notch customer service to the speedy and quality care to my vehicle, you'd think my Toyota Corolla was like a Porsche or something fancy. Your hard work is appropriated, Kev & team! ??
