Affordable apartments but the walls are paper thin and there is always a layer of dirt/grime covering the walls. Whatever you do, don't complain to management about anything even if it's legit! I wrote two letters addressing serious problems with the building (that multiple tenants were also having) and they decided not to renew my lease citing my "nasty letters." Technically what they did was legal but not nice to do especially to a nurse during a global pandemic!

I been living here since 2019. I seen the reviews. So far my experience has been positive. The staff comes most of the time but if they aren't able to make it, they will let you know. The only discomfort is that you maintenance people have master keys. Although they mention this before signing the lease. Its pet friendly, I don't like pets but if your pet is on their allow list you should be fine. Which is great for me. I have a little kid and Pitbulls are unpredictable for example. That doesn't mean all Pits are the same however I prefer not to take the chance. Neighbors are decent and don't bother. Area is clean. Stay away from the laundry. Pet people wash their pets stuff there and some of them don't clean it afterwards. Unless maintenance gets to it during the morning. Other than that. Really quiet place, away from the noisy NYC or NJ, which was the previous state I used to reside. Mix community and a lot of things to do around. I recommended. If you are a person that enjoys quiet and peaceful way of life, with a little of nature activities around the place. Such as Bear mountain trails, etc.

Leasing agent was rude and unprofessional. Poor attitude. She had the nerve to ask me while showing me the apartment did I smoke before I came to see the apartment.I was offended and asked why she replied she knew who it was. I'm like what...During the process she said she would email me the information to move forward but never did. I had to drive to the office to get in touch with her. Then she emailed me while I was in the office. She then told me to read the email in my car.I then asked to talk to management about her unprofessional behavior but was told that it would come back to the office. So I decided to leave it alone. The day I came to sign my lease I was told I couldn't rent there because I was rude to 3 of the staff members. This was laughable. I asked the Property Manager Mark about why didn't you inform me of this before I cut on the electricity and insured the apartment. His response was he held the apartment for 2 weeks he lost money. I'm glad I didn't rent here. They let employees get personal in business. Their management need to understand that the tenant who is giving his or her money should be respected. A potential tenant who asks to talk to upper management is rejected for being rude to 3 leasing agents. Terrible Business. Upper management should look into this. They did give back my money with no problem. The apartment was nice though. I liked the community from what I seen. I'm not going to hate on them on the appearance.

I’m just annoyed at the fact that every time I call the office, they seem like there looking for reasons to turn people away. It’s like there more excited to tell you how it’s not going to work vs. trying to sell an apartment. Idk staff sounds stuck up and kind of rude. I’m good on the Kensington Circle Energy.

Horrible management. A number of tenants after 9mths of moving in was served letters that stated they will not renew their leases. I will be doing another review. DO NOT RENT HERE. WillUpdate as why. Coming soon

Worst place i have ever lived. Management is EXTREMELY rude, my roommate and I have both decided to move out simply because of how rude and hard to deal with they are. We are not the only onces who have made the decision to leave due to this reason either. If you live there and they dont like you, they’ll try to get you out. If you have visitors, they threaten to tow their car and evict you. I have already spoken to corporate regarding the matter, they are just a nasty group to have managing such a nice property. They will lose business just because of the property manager alone. He takes the cake for rudest people ive ever met (and ive only met him once, so what does that tell you). Please dont waste your time with this one, its a nice property but not worth the stress due to management.

Moved to another state but really enjoyed living here. Yes, the drywall isn’t the best but you can see this when you view the apartment so if you don’t be like it, don’t move in. You pay for what you get and these aren’t marketed as luxury. Neighbors were very friendly, management was very nice and so was maintenance. Never had any issues. If you don’t require all the bells and whistles and have a dog, it’s a great place to be
