Overpriced apt low water pressure, outdated carpet, cracks in walls especially around window sills ; what looks to be water damage. SERIOUS MOLD PROBLEM in bathroom. vent been replaced and still does not work…. List goes on and on.

I like living at Mountainside Apts, but…. The management here is HORRIBLE! The tenants here have no one or nowhere to complain to. Complaints fall on deaf ears. Shame on mountainside for not informing tennants of new ownership & some one to contact about concerns.

The pictures showing under Mountainside Apts. are not pictures of Mountainside Apts. I'm not sure what is going on. They no longer have a website either. They are not obeying all NYS laws either. I have been living here for 3 years and would like to know what the future is.
