“I visited them to purchase a battery for my car. Liz was very knowledgeable about the correct battery and explained the way it was made and how it worked. I noticed they also offered jump starters. I requested information on one of them and she informed me it was too much battery for my car. It was a battery more suitable for a truck (I have a sedan) and cost prohibitive for my model. She suggested an alternative jumper at a more reasonable price and explained how it works and its benefits. AND they sell double A lithium batteries! I highly recommend them for all your battery needs and more. It was my 1st visit to them and it won’t be my last.”
“No one expects to turn on their AC one day in 90+ F weather & it not work. I pulled up & saw mechanics busy with other cars, yet once my concern was heard they took their time to help me on the spot. Complete courtesy & professionalism. Initially I should have left my car for diagnostics. Today they saved my car & gave it a boost using my own supplies & didn’t charge me for their time. “After attempting to restore my 2014 5 series at a local shop I had bee using for about a year, I decided to get the work done checked by Rick because I came to an understanding that the shop guy was incompetent when it came to the minute details of upgrading the parts. Rick's analysis of the shoddy work left me flabbergasted. As it was nearly $10,000 worth of parts in labor I paid for. Got it all refunded and had CIM Motorsports take the wheel. Rick and his team are diligent, professional as well as proficient. I had my axles, ignition coils, and bushings upgraded as well as all of my fluids and filters replaced so far. I'm quite pleased and plan on finishing all of the other upgrades at CIM Motorsports. Customer service and feedback as usual is stellar as I've been there a couple of times. They'll take good care of you and even more so, your vehicle.”

They were able to get my Honda Accord in immediately for a full brake job including calipers. They had my car done in a very reasonable amount of time & their prices were excellent. “CCC repaired a balky and grinding clutch on my 2007 G35S Infiniti that had been misdiagnosed for years and probably installed improperly---it was my 2nd clutch.Anthony gave me 3 options to remediate the problem, advising me on the least costly.My Infiniti now runs better than it has in years. I can say that CrotonCarClub did a superb job at a decent price. My only complaint was that the job took longer than initially promised, but it was well worth the wait.I highly recommend CCC.”
