Sonic and Donna were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. Both spent several hours imparting their vast experience and wisdom and tolerating my incessant questions.
I've rented gear from them and purchased several pieces of equipment at their loft, including a rig. I am very happy to have met them, and would highly recommend them to anyone in the sport.

Recently bought a Sabre 3 150 from here, to be shipped down to my DZ in Virginia. Sonic was professional, kind, and my canopy arrived VERY quickly in the condition it was advertised. Only been able to jump it a few times due to weather here but loving it. Thank you Sonic!!

My go-to for any skydiving-related question. Unparalleled depth of knowledge, experience and skill. Donna and Sonic have guided me safely from newly A-licensed to now (~200 jumps), and I’ll continue to rely on them as my skydiving career develops. Not only have they helped me buy gear that suits my skill level and facilitates solid progression, but they also give top tier advice for freefall and canopy piloting. After my first “downplane” on opening at ~50 jumps, I went straight to them to ask how I could prevent this from happening again. I myself don’t do anything crazy under canopy, but I know Sonic is also an epic swooper and helps skydivers safely navigate that discipline. Donna and Sonic have been in the game for a long time, they’ve been instrumental in developing the sport… best of all they are super friendly and willing to help novices find a heading and maintain it
Other than that… they have really good industry relationships and I can find almost any piece of equipment, options etc. through them.
RIGGING: I recently went to a new DZ on the west coast with my brand new Infinity rig that Sonic put together. During my gear inspection, the master rigger there (who does not know Sonic) commented that “whoever assembled your rig did an awesome job.” And then listed all ways he could tell.

Ignore any reviews from parachuting audits. The pro shop has done more for my keeping me alive while skydiving than anyone else. They represent everything right and fun in iur community. If you're a new or old jumper looking for anything skydive related this is the place for you. Blue skies

Great place. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. When I was looking for a rig, Sonic (owner/operator) actually tracked me down to let me know about one that he had one in stock that would work for me. Can’t say enough about him or Donna.

Sonic and Donna went out of their way to make sure I get the best rate and size on my gear. I bought all my gear from them. They answered all my questions perfectly.I never could fit in to the x small cookie helmet which was my actual true size, and I planned to buy the medium size. Sonic, guided me how to wear the helmet right and since then, I could fit in to the x small size perfectly.The customer service is excellent and I will make sure to buy my future gear from them when I am ready to downsize. They are basically the best in the business. Thank you Sonic and Donna for everything! ?

I went to Skydive the Ranch a couple years ago for the sole purpose of visiting the Pro shop and getting fitted for a custom helmet. I experienced exceptional customer from Sonic and Donna. They were so great, had a fantastic selection of gear and accessories and offered really good deals that I bought a few more items. Over the years I have always been more than satisfied with my dealings with the Pro Shop and it’s proprietor’s that my only complaint is that they are too far from where I live and my home DZ for me to buy baby buy!!

Sonic and Donna have some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in any industry. From my very first rig and everything I’ve bought since then, they have given me honest advice and guidance. There have been numerous points at which they could guide me to a more expensive product, but they have always given me the knowledge to make an educated decision on what would fit my needs, even if thats a less expensive option. They sell the best gear, they provide the best customer service, but most of all, they have the safety of their customers and the skydiving community as their top priority.
