I just found this pet store about two months ago. While visiting my Mom, I unexpectedly saw the pet store & had to make a U-Turn to go back & check this store out. I like it, it’s clean & the people are friendly. Will go back because my furrybabies are my children & I love buying them stuff plus I look for items on sale to buy and donate to the dogs & cats at shelters.

Having had 2 dogs in 3 towns and cities over 14 years, this is the most disappointing pet boutique experience ever. The staff people who seem so overworked and annoyed all the time, at answering basic questions. There is a total lack of efficiency. If you choose to special order food, be prepared for constantly getting the order wrong, getting wrong dates for it showing up, some weeks getting zero phone calls that it is ready to be picked up and some weeks getting 4 phone calls telling you to pick up...and best of all being told in a condescending tone often that it needs to be paid for before order (as if I don't do that or has an issue with it). I've been given wrong closing times (on same day) and driven 1.25 min for nothing. And best of all, they never improve or have a genuine apology. For months, possibly a year they had a guy working there who was beyond rude and could barely do his job and loved taking out his bad attitude on customers. When I finally had it out with Katie, her response was he's not there any longer. But they defended him when I complained the first time he was rude to me and kept him on staff a long time. I literally would hang up if he answered the phone he was such a negative person. Dogs are sweet and fun, most dog boutiques I've encountered are that way as well. Not this one :( I had started phasing them out when I discovered another lovely pet boutique that's only slightly further from (Milford, PA) but friendly, efficient and nice attitude so worth an extra 15 min in the car. But now I also supplement with the best....www.wynwoooddogfood.com which is the best! Formulated by an integrative vet who's board-certified in veterinary nutrition and even with shipping is less than Natural Pet Center. If I fed dry or kibble I would have given up on these ungrateful people after 2 months not almost 4 years and thousands of dollars with a business I don't respect and didn't feel good supporting. So happy to be done with them.

Very happy with my experience. They had my dogs pet food "Zignature" which can be hard to find at times. Great price and getting signed up for the membership helps.

My go to local pet store. They have a very wide variety of products and the staff is very helpful. Our pup was having some poo issues and the staffs suggested fool supplement cleared the issue right up.Highly recommend.

Extensive selection of natural and high quality food & treats for dogs & cats. Staff is friendly, and very knowledgeable on pet nutrition. Our dog suffered a minor muscle strain during her walk at a local farm, we were able to pick up some CBD oil for her at the Natural Pet Center, and it seemed to help her a lot. This place is Top Notch.

I’ve been going to this pet store for years, and they consistently deliver. It exactly what my pet needs! I’m writing this review because Rachel was very helpful today and take a payment over the phone so that I can pick up a bag of cat food left outside for me after the store closes because I wasn’t able to get there in time. So thankful for moments like this. Thank you!

We were camping and our pup needed some medicine for her ears; enter The Natural Pet Center to the rescue! Staff was helpful & store was well stocked! (They even gave us directions to our next stop!)

Great selection in stock though shortages are making our normal brands hard to get. Tons of great natural snacks and treats to try for your pups! Make sure you use the second entrance - first one nearly ate my tire with the pothole. Management says a fix is incoming just be careful. Staff is excellent.

We stopped in to get some goodies for my nieces cat and we were greeted nicely by the Manager Kaity. We briefly met the owner who was quick to make a good joke and easy to talk to. All the way around, this place was a pleasure to visit and we will be back, as will our niece.
