I had an appointment to change over my tires to the summer set and they called me to tell me they couldn't do it because my summer tires were too worn and it was a safety issue, as they knew I'd be taking a huge road trip shortly. They then did NOT charge me for the labor, despite my protests! Rose spent some time going over my options for appropriate tires given my driving habits and terrain, and at the very end of the day to boot! And this is just the typical standard every time I go there. Cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“Stopped in on a whim this morning because my battery connections were loose and the battery is hidden in front of the tire so it’s not easy to get to. They got me in immediately and while we waited my 4 year old got to watch the cars movie on their tv and play with toys. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Nobody tried to sell me on anything extra, and as a female that’s rare. Highly recommend.”

“Can’t say enough good about this place. My son goes to school at SUNY New Paltz and is 100 miles away from home and our mechanic. This is the second time we have used Main Street Auto but yesterday’s visit was absolutely over the top unbelievable. All of a sudden every light in my son’s car lit up. The check engine light, cruise control, and the anti skid light were all flashing. Not only did they take the time to diagnose the issue, instead of fixing it for him they told him he could fix it by going to Autozone and buying a new gas cap. They don’t have to do that. They could have easily told him just about anything and charged him 100’s of dollars for something that cost $20. And to top it off they didn’t even charge him to diagnose what was wrong! They didn’t have to do that. They went over and above. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and again!”
