Far away from my regular mechanics in Philly I had to take a chance on someone in the area so I chose Hans on the recommendation of a few Reddit users. While it did take the whole day to diagnose my issue, they figured out a small electrical issue had been continuously draining my battery over time. “We were towing our travel trailer to New Hampshire on I-87. During a torrential downpour we our tire went flat. The wonderful emergency road service technician diagnosed our problem but was not able to fix it on the highway. He called ahead to Midas and escorted us to the service center. Midas was about to close, but Ted stayed late to change our faulty valve stem. We were helped by two wonderful individuals. My husband and I were really impressed with the service, knowledge and willingness to work late to help us. Many thanks to Ted and the MidasService Center in New Paltz, NY!”
