“Otto's did what the local dealership refused to do, went the extra mile to find the incredibly hard to find parts needed to finish fixing my car. My insurance company took forever to get the adjuster out to inspect the vehicle, the dealership took forever to get the parts but Otto's got the car put back together as soon as the parts came in and looking like nothing ever happened to it.”

“Was totally in a pinch, had a water leak in my camper at a local campground. Went to the nearest place that I thought may have a part that could at least temporarily fix my issue. My less than perfect description of my issue was enough for them to provide me a few parts to try and help. I got back and was able to cap off a waterline and still have water to the rest of my camper and salvage the weekend trip. Thanks again, will always use them while in the area!”
