Rahy is an amazing sales associate. She took the time to explain things to me. I brought my stuff in for the warranty check and she pointed out that my ring needed a repair. She went above and beyond to make sure it was explained. Rahy was extremely knowledgable, had a warming personality and an absolute pleasure. I would recommend her to my friends!

My experience today was incredible all because of Rahy. She literally made us feel so comfortable at Zales. She went beyond for my brother and I, me with my graduation ring and him with his engagement ring. I have been a long-loyal customer of Zales, because of my SA; Rahy S. She is a kind, knowledgeable associate who will go above and beyond to help you find your unique jewelry piece!
But recently had an unfortunate situation when I was visiting Florida and bought a diamond bracelet from the Zales Outlet, however within less than a week that bracelet’s clasp became loose and kept opening by itself and would just fall from my wrist. Since it was an expensive item and looked like I couldn’t fix it myself, I took it to the Deer Park location as I happened to be around that area, to get it exchanged and after waiting for about almost an hour, the guy at that store let me exchange it, but by pushing me to buy a warranty protection for $272 (mind you, it has only been 12 days by the time I took it to the store and their return/exchange policy is up until 30days). After and the back and forth and waiting, I went ahead and purchased the “protection plan” and got another of the same bracelet. As I got home from the store 3-4 hours later, the same problem was happening with this newer piece as well. And then I figured that the bracelet was faulty and it’s a risk to wear it everyday. So I went to Roosevelt Field Mall -Zales, my to go store and find my SA, Rahy there and explain to her everything and she helped me out. And I also figured that I was kind of scammed by the associate at the Deer Park store Zales outlet, he told me that I was purchasing a Lifetime Protection Plan (LPP) with $272 but instead he gave me a receipt of “In house repair” which was not a warranty. Such a scam! I wouldn’t have had figured that out if Rahy hadn’t helped me or showed me what was done. My biggest mistake was to go to a different Zales location than my usual. I highly recommend Roosevelt Field Mall -Zales store and Rahy S. Thank you Roosevelt Field Mal Zales & Rahy for helping me out and I definitely will be back to purchase more as always!
