Probably the WORST customer service experience I've ever dealt it. The employees here are extremely rude, unprofessional, and so unpleasant. Go to any other Wells Fargo for a home loan. They will treat you like garbage here!

Kevin has handled many of clients and my family with financing on their homes. He honest, very knowledgeable, innovative and I can always trust if he says he can do the loan it’s a done deal. Kevin is also on top of the deal at all times and can speed things along.

Horrific experience with them. Many demands for verification, in spite of our 700+ credit rating. Many mistakes and delays, including delayed closing because they could not correct a simple error in their document in less than five business days. Then they first refused to pay the promised guarantee. You can do better than this.
