These guys have been nothing but helpful. When I was sick and needed medication they helped figure out a way to get it to me and called to let me know when it was on the way. They didn’t need to do that either! I am so thankful for their kindness.

I have an issue every time I go here. The latest was they did not have enough room to receive my FedEx packages. What does this even mean?
Anytime I try to get information I'm met with attitude shockingly by the manager.

My meds were withheld for 3 days due to pricing issue that Walgreens created. The staff is so very rude, unempathetic, incompetent. This is not the first time I've encountered issues with carelessness. I've witnessed the customer service at this branch deteriorate steadily over the last few years. The pharmacy itself is filthy. Zero stars if I could rate it.

the pharmacist here is the absolute worst. withheld my brothers medication from him because his doctor was located in another state and she found it “shady”…HE IS A COLLEGE STUDENT! That is why his doctor is in another state!!! She was nasty to his doctor over the phone and refused to fill it. she is on some power trip, avoid this walgreens at all cost!!!

This pharmacy is the worst in terms of service. You arrive early for your glucose shot appointment, but are made to wait almost 45 minutes because someone gives you the injection. No explanation, no apologies and the worst part, is that you see 4 to 5 people behind the glass, but no one can take care of you.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Go to a CVS or smthRidiculously terrible customer service. I came to print photos and the woman stationed at the photo print area couldn't be bothered with her own responsibilities as an employee. I wanted to print 3 items (2 posters and 1 4x6 photo). I had sent in my poster order separately from my 4x6 because their device did not load the photos properly and the photo I wanted to print was not showing up. I had asked this woman for help, and she cut me off before I could even get 1 word out besides "excuse me" making it seem like it was a "me problem" and left to go somewhere else. After having tried both machines, it just wasn't worth the hassle for 1 photo so I just waited for my posters. The photo had printed within a few minutes, they were not busy. Yet I had to wait over 30 minutes for an employee to actually physically come to me, while the woman is still nowhere to be seen.The print came out significantly smaller than what I had requested but they blamed me for submitting it wrong. Maybe I did, so I tried it again with an employee's help, and it still came out wrong. I contemplated if it was worth it to just pay for it anyway even though it was like 1/2 the size I ordered, considering this is suppose to be part of a Christmas gift, I did not want to give someone something they did not want or expect. I asked if it was possible to discount the products since no one can seem to understand how to print these posters properly and they said no. Right at that time, another customer came to pick up her photos, and a male employee found all but 1 of the orders. The timing of the woman employee is insane, because after having left for over 40 minutes, she finally returns NOT to help me but to help this other woman. She dismissed this customer too, saying that she probably sent the order wrong because they didn't get it. And when this customer asked if she should re-order, they looked down and wouldn't you believe it, her photos were right there. Basic basic basic customer service would follow with a response like "oh sorry, I must have missed it." but she did not care. When I finally got the time of day from this woman employee again, I told her that the prints were coming out wrong and I would try somewhere else. And she responded so passive aggressively "okay bye!" I wanted to show at least a little consideration to let them know that I did not want the prints, instead of just leaving the store, just for her to act this way. She holds no accountability nor shows any regard for the customers in a customer facing job. The fact that this Walgreens has a 3 star rating with service like this is crazy. I can't even imagine how terrible other Walgreens locations are if THIS location has one of the higher ratings.

No one answers the phone in the pharmacy- just rings and rings. Had important question about medication interaction and never got thru-unacceptable they will take your money fill the script zero communication after thatDo yourself favor and go to CVS

The worst customer service. Completely dismissive and unhelpful. And their app doesn't work! Getting a coupon requires a customer service call give me a break! This place is TRASH

I went into the store to look for baby supplies. One of the workers started following me around the store. I asked him why he was following me, and he gave me nasty response that he could do whatever he wants and not talk to him. The ridiculous thing is this Walgreens is right next to police station. You would have to be braindead to shoplift from place so close to police station.

The two stars low rating is for the pharmacy, which today made me wait 43 minutes for a scheduled flu shot, despite the fact that no one else was waiting for shots or service. Very frustrating.
