Tried three locations locations for help with my old phone, no one could help me. Customer service impossible to get to in timely manner to assist me.

Have had a number of problems with Samsung S21-5G phone. Needed much more help than I had knowledge of, took Verizon almost 3 hrs to find the way to correct problem. That b the best part if Verizon, they say with you till problem is resolved.
