The clerk James is very rude. He got into arguments with several people. He has an attitude and then he speaks whatever is on his mind and ignores you after. I’ve been coming to this post office for a while and he is by far the rudest.

On Friday 04/26/2024 12:02 pm my wife and I were at the post office for passport service. The customer service was the best I had ever encountered at a post office. The young lady at the desk/register was very professional and helpful. The experience was great.. ??

Stayed on hold to speak to someone for 45 minutes ? and no answer at all.
Definitely need to hire more people to answer phone calls.

Thats the pathetic usps store i come across even though i had my shipping label they ask me to buy a Tape but infact it should be there job to do thatThey are overpricing

I don’t understand why this place even has more than a 1 star rating because the customer service provided for us was negative stars. Why do we have to come here to ask for service just to see these workers act like we’re the ones owing them services? What’s crazy is they won’t even try to hear me out or try to help in any way but the customers after us was a white family whom BENNY was so willing to help in every way possible with the nicest attitude known to mankind. What’s even crazier is that I’m pretty sure me and that Gyesekki of an Ahjussi are in the same minority group.
Minorities beware!!!
I normally don’t write reviews but I want to shed light on how disgusting they treat CERTAIN customers.

The Asian man with glasses and white hair is super rude and unprofessional. We asked a question nicely for clarification and said, “ we are not here to negotiate.” If you’re not willing to help customers, don’t work in customer service. He’s very sexist, thinks women don’t know any better. The colored woman who works there is very nice and the Asian man is very mean to her. He aggressively asked me to hang up a phone call when there is no sign that says no cell phones.

The employee Liberty was magnificent and so pleasant I never saw an employee work so hard she has went above and beyond for me. I feel this woman deserves a raise she is tremendous at what she does and needs to be complicated for her hard work.

Never had a bad experience here. I keep going to this post office because they're open later than most other locations. The old-timers who work there try to keep everything moving at a brisk pace, but they're not mean.And there's a young lady who works there who helped me a lot. When I had a deadline, she showed me different options and helped save me money with the most cost effective mailing option.
