I order some baby clothes through amazon and it was scheduled to deliver by ups yesterday and i got an email saying the driver was unable to deliver the package because it was unaccesible the. I call the office the manager spoke to me almost yelling at me stating her driver feel unsafe because my siberian husky a puppy was on my driveway on a leash/shain and is about 35 feet from the entrance where the dog was and could not deliver the package ans states she has a rothwailer and she knows about dogs lol anyways make the story shorter she was rude and nasty do not order antything from this store lack of experience and no customer service at all

Great store, I have a mailbox here and the staff are always very courteous and efficient. I am very happy I chose this location for my mailbox.

We purchased an item at auction which UPS Store #0691 collected, packed and shipped to us in Ireland. We are absolutely delighted with the service they provided. The item was expertly wrapped and packed and delivered in pristine condition really quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend them.

I purchased a painting from an auction in New York and needed to have it shipped to Tennessee. The UPS Store in Garden City was one of the shippers I contacted for an estimate. It was obvious from the start that this store is efficient and professional. I immediately got an estimate and decided on this store to handle my painting.
Over the years I have purchased many paintings at auctions across the US, but this was by far the absolute BEST packing job I have ever experienced. This store and the employees deserve kudos for such a safe and secure shipment. Moreover, I received notification of the shipping date and the tracking. Quite often I never get this information from other shippers.
I often use The UPS stores in various states, but this store deserves a blue ribbon for the MOST OUTSTANDING!

Our law firm has a mail box at this location. Customer service is a dying art, but not here! All of the employees are courteous and knowledgeable!
