I returned something here 11/26, its 12/15 now and the refund is still not showing in my bank account. I contacted the online customer services several times and all the replies are asking me to wait for the store response and then nothing happened.

They were able to tailor my jeans before the time they originally scheduled on Black Friday. The woman who did the alterations gave a phone call saying they were ready for pick-up and that they were not exactly at the measured inseam, but we're only an 1/8th of an inch off which is fine. But I liked the honesty. The store itself is clean and the workers are very nice.

I love UNIQLO in Roosevelt Field Mall because they have diverse selections of clothing to choose from. As in T-shirts to Bubble Coats, it creates a fashionable sense in a suburban or urban area, depending on where you live.(Example: I bought a blue-striped collared shirt with dress pants for my Career Fair at Queens College.)(P.S. - I am a certified Queens College Student)(Brag: There is a UNIQLO store in Flushing, located at The Shops At Skyview)UNIQLO stores can offer student discounts and jobs for local college students to improve economic well-being.- Cody Carpluk

Monday was my first time ever walking into a Uniqlo and I was blown away. I'm shopping for a whole new wardrobe & I am so glad I found this store. The quality of the clothes were fantastic. The store was very well organized and very well stocked. I was there for about an hour and the sales people on the floor & the changing room area were super nice and helpful! I was assisted by 2 people on the floor, 2 people at check out (I went back and made a 2nd purchase), and 1 person at the changing room are. They all were delightful, answered any questions I had. They seemed focused on making it a nice shopping experience for their customers. Thank you all so much!
