I always have run into a problem at the register with the employees at this location, they are consistently rude and curt with the guests when they have genuine questions during a purchase- very strange that this has happened more than once- do better!!

I’d like to leave a review for an extraordinary worker I believe her name is Jada she was so pleasant and helpful today when I was browsing for skin care products everything she recommended worked like a dream I really feel like workers like this should be taken care of and be heart of the company.

I’ve gotten great haircuts here before, but got an uneven haircut from a new stylist. I didn’t notice until I got home and my hair started straightening out, unfortunately. Each side was cut differently as she asked for help halfway through and she missed some pieces.

I went to get a haircut there today and my hair was left uneven and choppy, now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I don’t know if every hair stylist has the same qualifications or training from Ulta, so don’t make my mistake and go to someone you already know.

I rarely buy from Ulta unless I’m near a store and need to purchase something same day. Decided to try some new products that Sephora doesn’t have and bought online. If it shows certain items available nearby, don’t bother with express shipping. They’ll send it separately anyways and charge you for the same delivery time as standard shipping.

I had an appointment scheduled to get my hair done before a wedding. My appointment was cancelled 4 hours prior. A voicemail was left for me saying they would be happy to reschedule my appointment. When I called back they said that all stylists were booked and that they could reschedule. After that call they called me back to say that another stylist had an opening. Being that I needed to get my hair done at a specific time I voiced that and there was nothing they could do. I totally understand that stylists being sick and calling out is beyond their control, but there needs to be a better system for this type of situation. As Ulta is a large corporation they should have a way to still provide services when stylists call out.

The staff was helpful and friendly, but this place was a zoo! Very unorganized customer line and items out of place everywhere.. they had a very good selection, but everything was all over the place and overcrowded for sure!

Was very disappointed with the lack of knowledge of staff and only 2 people trained for the register and yet there were other sales people around. I will never go to this store again. Terribly managed.
