I have shopped at Tory Burch several times over the years; I used to purchase a wide range of items from TB in addition the ballet flats that they are well-known for (e.g., T-shirts, blouses, handbags, small leather accessories, and sportswear). My personal style has changed over the years and I now limit my TB purchases exclusively to their Minnie Travel Ballet flats, which I own in several colors. I mostly shop from the TB website because it is more convenient but do visit the store in Garden City in case I need to exchange an item or try a pair of shoes on in person. The customer service at this location is always great.
Check out some of the purchases I have made over the years from the TB website - it looks like there are some purchases from the Hermes website thrown in there as well ;-)

Such an awesome customer service from Jocelyn today. We were looking around enjoying my Mom’s bday month. She offered water right away for us even if we were just looking around. She made sure my Mom and son were comfortably seated. She was very kind and patient while I go through the sandals and shoes I was interested on. While I was deciding from one color to another, one size to another….adding another shoe and repeating the process… her tone of voice and energy were consistent. Thank you Jocelyn. Hope to have you assist us once again on our next visit.

Nathaniel customer service is horrible, make you feel like like you are in a free market begging for food. After purchase a bag, I asked him for a dust bag and he went back “supposedly” and return in a Second and said no we don’t have no dust available “Really”. After spending your money they are not willing to give you a dust bag, even cheaper branch treat you better and have better hospitality than them. Stay away.I returned the bag right there and went right to Nordstrom and buy the same bag, better customer service and with a Dust Bag.

Customer service is horrible. I understand it’s probably commission based, but don’t put others to the side who aren’t purchasing. I had to do a return and the lady had me waiting 20 minutes standing by the register while she made 3 sales before finally getting to me, I was going to exchange it for something and buy more things but honestly their lack of care put a bad taste so I left instantly.Soho location has been the best experience yet.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEI went to purchase a pair of flip-flops yesterday around the afternoon. The store was not crowded. I spoke to a female sales associate regarding a pair of sandals, they were not available in the store. She offered to have them shipped to the store or my home I told her please ship it to the store as it's easier for me. 10 minutes go by and she made a mistake and shipped it to my home. I said it's OK no problem I'll be home all day that day. It's fine don't worry about it. I checked my email and I see that she did not add the apartment to my address so I guess I won't be receiving the shoes.I will be calling corporate , for the inconvenience

Unfortunately this store ship sank once their old SM left (Amanda) they were such a happy staff and very welcoming . It’s so sad to see such a great staff energy drained out . I’ve visited the store recently and I was very disappointed ! New SM seemed as if she was on some type of drug assisting me. Kathy was the BEST sales associate followed by Jennifer & Kiara . I wish the staff all the a best BUT they need a new leader to lift their souls back up .

I purchase many shoes from Tory and also receive gifts of shoes within a year two of my espidrills shoes fell apart just aweful . I contact the store and the customer service they told me they can't help and won't help me. I paid a lot for the shoes and for them to fall apart within a year is just terrible will not and never buy their shoes

I Bough a purse for my wife, and after two months, it was peeling off on the corner; take it to the store to see if they could fix or change it for another person.They were charging me to fix it.Not good; so disappointed with this brand.

This was such a wonderful experience! I accidentally ordered the Ella tote with a shiny patent on the front instead of the matte finish. I went into the store to exchange it. A kind young lady by the name of Jennifer assisted me in exchanging my bag for the correct one. She even gave us refreshments(cold waters) as we waited which was so sweet. She went above and beyond in terms of customer service and even showed me other ways to make use of the bag as a teacher. Thank you for such a wonderful and pleasant experience in your store.
