DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE- they are thieves!
The white lady with brown hair COURTNEY did not return my items (loss of her poor salary commission) with the excuse that the return is beyond 14 days even though i had the paper receipt. She could not count properly she is so dumb and uneducated.
I forwarded the paperwork and called customer service and they filed a complaint to the district manager. When they called the store little miss Courtney magically wasn’t there anymore. So she ran away during shift as well- another red flag. All because she didn’t to get caught. All these points were forwarded to the district manager.
But thanks to dumb Courtney I got an even bigger discount and appeasement
Please hire people who went to high school at least..

Bought a ring for my daughter, payment was made in cash. When I went to return it, the store refused to pay back in cash( as per them they did not generate $100 ) and the store does not keep any buffer cash for refunds.No policy is on the store that cash purchases will not be refunded in cash but only in checks.
Did expect a big name like Swaroski to work so unprofessionaly

My first in store experience was wonderful and they were so attentive, and I decided to order for online pick up for my second visit, as I was in a rush. They charge for a bag online but for my in store visit, they didn’t charge me for it. When I asked for a bag for my online purchase, the employee rolled her eyes and another stated there was no way for them to charge for a bag in store, and I had to choose the gift bag option for the extra charge in order to get it. Very rude and unprofessional.

Brought a faulty bracelet into the store that randomly unclasps and falls off my wrist to get it repaired/replaced. It was a gift that I got under 3 months ago and has been worn less than 8 times. Knowing this bracelet was "under warranty", I didn't think it would be a problem to put on a clasp that wasn't defective. When talking to the employees at this store, I was told there is nothing that could be done because the "warranty" only covers the crystals and not the clasp of the bracelet. They then advised me to go to a different jewelry store to get a better clasp put on. I told the employee that I didn't want to go through another jewelry store to get a new clasp that was clearly defective. Seriously disappointed since the "warranty" on the website says nothing about certain parts of the jewelry being covered and others aren't. Won't be purchasing from this store ever again and would advise anyone considering buying jewelry from here to go a jewelry store that has more integrity.

I love Zaworski Crystal. My first crystal was purchased by me for my mom. I purchased it on HSN many many years ago for her as a birthday/Christmas gift because she was given crystals by my father and other people so she had a small collection. It was a big white coral with a whole bunch of Crystal sea creatures on it in difference areas so beautiful. When my mom passed away, It was given back to me. I had a small nook shelf so that’s where I put it along with a few other things of hers. That was it, that’s how it started. So as people would come to my house and see it I started receiving as gifts during the holidays or my birthday. I would get little crystals from my sons and boyfriend and so my collection started. I love the cute little ones so I would go into the Zaworski Store at Roosevelt Mall and every once in a while I would purchase a little duck, or a little teddy bear, and my gifts would be the little larger items.. you can also purchase anything that you want online. I’ve purchased a few in Atlantic City. The great thing is that it’s all the same prices. Nothing gets changed wherever you go which I love.

I don’t even want to give one star to this store I bought a necklace for my wife and went again to exchange. They refused to take it back by saying that they are not able to take it back. Even she just wore to do check how it’s look. I tried to explain but they are like sorry we are not able to do it. So finally I spend $200 just for sorry for store employees.Will never shop with Swarovski again.

Shop was clean and neat, not very involved employees. I got the impression that I was not the type of shopper they would typically wait on so I was mostly ignored. I asked if they had a piece of jewelry (style/ color) and all I got was a "no" with no follow up to try to redirect me to something similar or try to assist me further. If you know what you're looking for, then it's fine. Get in, get out.

If I could give this store (and company) less than one star- I would. We got my daughter a crystal bracelet for the holidays (December). It looks like a tennis bracelet so she only wears it for special occasions. She wore if for the THIRD time last week and it separated and broke at one of the links. When we brought it back we were told "we only warranty the crystals". When I explained that jewelers won't fix it bc the metal is cheap, I was basically met with "sorry". So, SWAROVSKI does NOT stand by their product. We now have a bracelet that was close to $200 that can not be worn again. I should pry the crystals out and return it but I tried to do the RIGHT thing- thinking they would take it and give me a new one (considering they could take it back and fix it for resale) I will never shop here again and let this be a lesson to others to be familiar with their ridiculous policies. They purport to be a higher end place but THEY ARE NOT.

Went in on December 11 to send an item in for repair (under warranty) the nice lady who helped me said it would be a bit longer to get back to me, 6-8 weeks because of the holidays. Completely understandable. At around 9 weeks I was wondering why I haven't been contacted yet about my necklace so I go online to look up their number and see they are temporarily closed. Did Swarovski tell me this? No. So after back and forth with an amazing woman from customer service, I find out the store was closed for renovations. And after all these weeks.. the repair center didn't have the part and had no idea when they were getting it in. Did Swarovski reach out to me at all with this information? No. At this point it was between 10-11 weeks. Because the customer service representative was just as shocked as I was, she arranged for me to get a complete replacement which was amazing. She actually said she has never had a situation like this before.. lucky me. I wonder if I never reached out to customer service if I would have ever got my necklace back as at this time the store is still closed. Thanks swarovski!
