If I could give this place 0 stars I would...
Asked to change my screen protector . Didn't want anything fancy but the girl was pushing for the "privacy" type. I asked if I would still be able to use the finger biometrics feature on my phone with the privacy screen protector she was pushing on me so much and she reassured me it wouldn't be an issue.
I reluctantly agreed and walked away with the new privacy screen protector, which came at an additional cost. Turns out biometrics does NOT work (as I thought it wouldn't) and I came back and asked to change the protector for my original request. With attitude and an eye roll she changed it but refused to refund me the additional cost. HER employee pushed a product that I KNEW wouldn't work for me, guaranteeing it would and refused a refund for the change in product. Nasty sales clerk, ignorant employee, horrible service. Do NOT recommend. These people upsell a product and then don't stick by their word or product. Don't offer me "store credit" ... I have no reason to ever return.
