Try to return 2 shoes identical I only wore one of them once. There was an immature short girl very rude. She spoke to me very rudely. I try to inform her that it’s a place of business and that nasty tone should not be used. She changed her attitude but proceeded with have a nice day in rude way. Trash store

Edita and Sal were very helpful with issuing my return due to another location’s discrepancy. They were thorough, Knowledgeable, and most of all, professional. All staff members were assisting prospective clients, and the store was very presentable and clean. The music was very tasteful as well. I will be returning in the future!

very rude, I walked in and was not greeted. They were having side conversations, cursing out loud. I was in the store for about 30 mins with no help. Very unprofessional.

They didn’t have a big selection in the store with having different sizes in stock but the employees were very helpful and got shoes ordered for me from the city and shipped to my house for free.

On Sunday September 19 at approximately 5pm I took my daughter to Steve Madden for a pair of boots. She selected the pairs she wanted and sat down. A sales person immediately noticed her and asked her if she needed help. Long story short after she tried them on a size 11 I might add which is usually a hard size to find EVERY BOOT and sneaker we requested that day we're in stock but 1. The staff is amazing they all helped us if the other was busy. I wish I could remember they're names and commend them all. Love the vibe of the store and the shopping experience. Customer service at its best.
