“I like a good deal when you find one and this store has it. They have lots of models for Crocs, Birkenstocks, Converse, Vans etc. Even the hard to find Doc Martens have nice styles here. Self service. I like that no one bothers me while i look at what options are available for me. Find the size uou need on your own & try! Go to the counter when you’re ready- that simple. Staff keeps the place orderkg and items are easy to find.”
“Lynn was the best employee ever so polite and nice if it was up to me I would give her a raise never seen an employee work so hard. This woman went above and beyond just to help me thankyou so much she needs a raise.”
“The store is very cute and has almost every size available. The staff is beyond nice and very helpful. I didn’t feel watched or bombarded at all which is very typical of this mall. The leggings are definitely pricy but worth it because they look so good on. Definitely will becoming back.”

“They had a good selection of hats available when the wife I visited. We were in search of 2 yankkes hats since we were attending the game later that day. The location was convenient, right inside the mall. They must have had about 30 different versions on Yankee hats on display. Both the wife and I purchased one. The only downside we experienced was the lack of customer service. It felt like we were bothering the guy who was working when we asked a question.”
“Stefan the sales associate was extremely helpful and went the extra mile close for me while it was to closing, honestly he transferred me to the female manager (Jessi I believe) and it was a night and day experience. I’ve been a manager for 8 years at a high volume company. I’d recommend a realignment of staffing.”
“I had never shopped at Lululemon before, but I had been gifted a gift card for Christmas. I added my gift card to my account, which acted as a wallet. I tried to purchase something in the Manhasset store using the app’s wallet but was unsure how to do so. The employee there was rude and condescending, and I left the store feeling embarrassed and disappointed. I ended up at the mall that same weekend and I asked an employee in store (I didn’t catch her name) who was absolutely lovely. She asked a coworker (Vu) for help placing my order since they didn’t have the time in store. He went above and beyond!!! I can’t recommend both team members enough. Lovely people, who left me feeling great and excited to visit again!”

“Although I waited 45 minutes in line, the staff made me feel very welcomed and they were super professional, asking me if I needed help with a shoe size or anything I was looking at in the store. They’re a super busy store and the staff tries their best to get to everyone as fast as possible. I will always come here for shoes and clothes no matter what!”
