Very rude customer service. Tall Manager with the dark hair used to be very friendly and customer service oriented but she has become quite different and then a blonde lady there a little heavy set is so rude, staring and making comments, it looks like they are judging their customers. Very uncomfortable experience. Never going there again. Prices online are better, they dont even price match or give you the indulge points.

First time I had ever patronized this Bloomingdale’s store. For the most part we were ignored by the staff, but my daughter admired a dress on the “damaged” rack and a lovely salesperson offered to see if they had another in back. The store was a mess - several racks of clearance items inside the door, not in any kind of order - not by size, style, color, or anything else.

Well this is based on how I was treated by a supervisor, Mr. Shyndak, last night, 4/23/18, at the returns desk. And another woman next to me who was also being given a hard time to return something. We both had tags on the jackets and proof of purchase. I think they didn’t like the way the jackets were tagged. Now I ordered mine online.
