If you want a spa experience for mani pedi Do not waste your time. I walked out. It’s not a spa. It’s a private room no spa experience. They don’t even offer callus remover for a pedicure. It’s not a real Nordstrom Spa. At least not what it was before Covid.

I booked this facial about 1month ago. The day before the spa called to confirm and I called back that evening and left a voicemail that I would be there. When I arrived I was greeted by the aesthetician. In my experiences in the past when you are having a treatment the aesthetician will go over what treatment you are receiving and what it includes. This did not happen and I should have realized that there was a problem then. She began the facial and the double cleanse and exfoliation, extractions (minimal), hydro jelly mask and neck and shoulder massage were done. I was then told the service was complete. I look at my watch and the service was completed in 45 minutes and the ultrasound machine and the oxygen machine were not used. When I went to the register I told the cashier that I didn’t receive the complete facial. She told me the oxygen machine was not working. I saw the ultrasound machine in the treatment room so I’m not sure why that wasn’t used. I don’t understand why no one told me that these would not be available for use during the facial. I would have either chosen another facial or came back another day when the machine was available. I asked to speak to the manager and she discounted the facial by 35.00. The facial was also supposed to include a Try Me Kit of Kate Somerville products but that was not available and I was given other products (not Kate Somerville products). It was a disappointing spa experience.Nordstrom responded with same response they always do that they will share this feedback with the team but nothing changes.

This is a lovely day spa. So far, I've been here twice. The first facial I received was with esthetician Kissee (spelling?) and the second with Debbie. The foot soak prior to the start of the facial is a lovely touch. Both estheticians were lovely and professional. Very relaxing.

i have not even gotten to my appointment yet, and already there is such drama and such poor training on the front end staff, that I feel they should be shut down

They don't keep their appointments and are unapologetic about not doing so. Management is useless and also unbothered; clearly customer service is not their thing. I will find a different spa to spend my money at.

I had the deep tissue massage, it was so bad I asked her to use her Elbo because I felt no pressure. Something else happened during the massage that was so bad, I'm not going to mention it, because I don't believe anyone is going to believe me.

What is happening to Nordstrom Spa? I haven't been there for years but it was always my favorite...now these scathing reviews??? I hope these reviews are the exception not the rule. I need to buy a gift certificate but now I'm concerned...maybe the Spa is slipping??? i hope not...it used to be fabulous

I've been here many times and it's always been a very nice experience. I make my appointments with Sharon when I go. She's great.
