The flowers I ordered were delivered on time and were very beautiful. I will definitely use them again.

The flowers were nice and fresh, but the birthday balloon I ordered and paid for was not delivered. It emailed 3 times, explaining there was no need to redeliver the balloon, just refund the cost, but all 3 emails have been ignored. 1st and last time using this florist. Edit- Thank you for rectifying the situation.
