I recently moved into the neighborhood and stopped by here. I gotta say these guys are great. They're always very friendly. The store is immaculate. The prices are right .Hamza does a great job and is always helpful and always friendly. I highly recommend this place

This is where I go most of the time to get my vapes. However on two separate occasions, I realized they sold me a counterfeit vape and then an expired one once I got home. I like the customer service from two of the staff members here, so I returned even after these two incidents. The two staff members are pretty cool guys and they know who I am because I'm a repeat customer. However, I will no longer frequent this place after today's experience with the guy behind the counter. I'm not entirely sure if he is new or maybe I just haven't seen him there before. Also, just wanted to preface, he wasn't rude or anything. But, I refuse to go back due to unfair treatment. I forgot to bring my ID so he refused to sell me the vape. I totally get it. I'm almost 40 years old, but I do look young for my age. But, I definitely look over 21. I still understand because that's his job to ID customers. He tells me if I have a photo of my ID on my phone, he'll accept it. Fine, I stand there for a bit looking through my phone. In the meantime, he is helping another customer who also bought two vapes. Well, guess what? She said she was a student, so how come you don't ask her for her ID? Seriously? She looked young too, so why do you ID one customer and not the other? Your actions proved that she gets preferential treatment because not only did you not ID her, but also as she was leaving, you gave her an extra vape on the house. I hope your boss knows that you are giving away stuff for free and being selective about who you wish to ID, when clearly she looks as young as I do.
