I gave the store 4 stars solely based on the sales associate named Jenny. She was the only one to approach us and ask what we was looking for. She was extremely knowledgeable on the products. The company should give a class on customer service and have Jenny be the instructor. Excellent customer service skills and she is true assessor the company!

Love our bed! It's also plus to see how we are sleeping. The foot warmer is fantastic and the under bed light is such a great option too (it goes on automatically when you leave the bed and shuts off once you return)
