Went to this location, they really need additional staff at the location. I never been to a footwear store where it is so challenging to get some footwear. The two staffing working there seem overwhelmed by the many customers in the store.

Good selection but the salespeople are too busy staring at their phones or into outer space. Two of us sat (at 1:20 April 20, 2024) waiting to try on shoes and neither of the two bored, listless salespeople bothered to walk by, ask to help, etc. we knew what we wanted - just needed our size. Never going to this store again.

The employee working at the time was so rude that I didn’t buy anything. And I love Sketchers and was ready to spend a couple hundred here. But I can’t bring myself to come back to this store. No more Roosevelt Field snobs for me.

I was treated with disrespect today by a young man who appeared to refuse to help me. At first he asked me what I'd like and if I knew my size, which I did not. He saw my Jewish star inscribed on a hamsa I always wear around my neck. He then walked away to ring up some other customers, saying he'd be back with the sizer. He came back after about 4 minutes and practically threw the sizer at me. I thought he'd be back but he just walked over to the cash register and ignored me. I was surprised by his behavior but unfortunately I'm feeling like it was connected to matters far beyond my control. We walked out. I will never walk into that store again since sales people can act on their hatred. It was, whatever the case, horrible customer service from a very popular brand that I wanted to try. I bought one pair at Macys and another couple of pairs at DSW.
