I have been a long time client of State Farm and my agent, Marion, is the absolute best! She is always willing to help and support with any questions I may have. She has made so many accommodations when I have changed addresses, cars, and bought my first home to bundle insurances. Marion goes above and beyond and I will continue to stick with State Farm!

My grandfather, a NYPD detective, had State Farm, and when my mom married my dad, he also had State Farm. My dad got his first State Farm account in 1970. I got my first car insurance account in 1988. When I married in 1993, we had multiple accounts with Sean McCarthy for our cars, rent, and life. When we bought our first home in 1997, we traded rent for home insurance. At the time, I almost switched to an agency in Suffolk, but Sean said he would be happy to continue serving us, although he is in Garden City. Now we have 4 children driving. We also have personal article insurance for our daughter’s oboe. Pictured are two of our kids with their first cars. Deann has been our personal agent for many years now. I can always count on her to answer my emails or give me a ring back with any question I have about any of our accounts. She always makes sure we have the best discounts available. I would never dream of switching. Thank you Deann and Sean McCarthy for all your years of excellent service.

The Sean McCarthy - State Farm Insurance agency has been the reliable car & house insurance I had dealt with in more than 20 years. After several weeks of frustrating attempts with no answers Henry (Ext 196) at Sean McCarthy State Farm was able to not only get me the answers needed to resolve my issue but did it professionally and kept his composure during my frantic and not so nice rant and he even followed up and I’m not even a State Farm customer. We have been with the McCarthy agency for over 35+ years and always find them to be there, through the good times and the bad. Being in the insurance service business I know many brokers I can turn to, but still find them to be the best. Everytime I work with State Farm I am just astonished by their wonderful customer service. This location especially goes above and beyond for my every need and has a solution for every problem that I may come across. I have worked specifically with Mary on multiple occassions and can attest to her fantastic customer service and very educated and helpful assistance and advice. I have worked with various other insurance companies in the past but in the end, Statefarm always comes through with the best help, and I could not recommend this place enough.
