I went to this location on Saturday 7/18/2020 and the location is closed. There is a sign on the door saying that as of April 3rd, 2020 (I believe that was the date) the location will close permanently. So don't waste your time going to this location.

I love coming to this location. The staff are amazing! I'm always treated as a V.I.P.Fahmida and Navita never let me down. Customer service experts if you ask me!!!Won't change my location unless they close ??♀️.

Do not deposit certified checks there they will hold your money for two weeks to be available and use it to collect interest from other community member , 0000 custumer services and business acount handling

They called to cancel a closing with little notice. The banker who cancelled would be off. She rambled on incessantly about her needs. A tone deaf employee with no customer service skills. The Williston Park branch explained the benefits of another bank product. Move your business to Williston Park. Courtesy, professionalism it’s a whole different experience.

Not sure where those other reviews are coming from. I switched to Santander from another bank I'd used for over 15 years. Their service is great, the bankers are always personable and have been more than accommodating. One of the rare places you actually get to have a relationship with your bank.

A waste of time to use a bank that uses bate and switch tactics ,lies ,and behaves racist. My partner responded to an add for a free safety deposit box. The only problem was they did not have any box the size the promotion offered ever. They than offered the next size up stating that they would work it out to be the same deal. Instead they charged half price for a box size that we did not need. When the bill came as we live out of state most of the time we called and they said they would take care to issue a credit. They lied when we went in they pointed out that a misleading contract was signed and despite the fact that this was a bate and switch the contract superseded their deceitful practices. We tried to point out that we had also come in to deposit $100,000s but was told they did not want the money by the bank manager because he felt that we would not be the right type of relationship. RUDE . Never expierenced rudeness from a bank manager before.When we asked to remove our valuables we were given the run around for over an hour where the manager tried to have 4 different employees try to first collect a year in advance payment for the box that was first due in 3 weeks. The invoice was obviously not due according to due date but they had to call corporate headquarters to be convinced they could not collect money with a future date. I also told them after 45 minutes that if we did not gain access to our box the police would be called. I feel sorry for the employees who where obviously uncomfortable following directions by the N*** behaving bank manager. Have never in my life experienced such rudeness and lies from a bank or bank manager. With so many good banks around why even waste your time giving them a chance . We were not the only one with a problem with Santander at the time. It seems Santander looks to make money through loopholes and deceit. Don't waste your time withe Santander .Any other bank would be better .They also seemed to have cut back on staff a lot. Probably because they are loosing customers.

DONT LEAVE PAY OFF CHECKS AT THIS LOCATION! LEFT A 15K CHECK IN THEIR POSETION AND IT IS UNACCOUNTED FOR A MONTH LATER NOW SANTANDERS TRYING TO BILL ME AGAIN! ILL BE FIGHTING THIS
